Executive Committee

  Becky Wiehoff: Chair (Elk River):  Becky is the President and CEO of First National Bank of Elk River. She came on to the Three Rivers Community Foundation Board in 2011; she serves on the Executive and Grant Committees.  Becky is also active in the Saint Vincent DePaul parish, United Way and various other local charities.

Michelle Eder: Vice Chair (Elk River): Michelle, who joined the Board in 2012, is a Mortgage Banking Officer/Team Leader at the Otsego/Big Lake branch of Klein Bank.  She has lived in Elk River since 1991 and has worked in the Elk River Community since 1999.  Michelle is an active volunteer with Gifts Anonymous for Otsego and Elk River, CAER, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce.
  David Monroy: Treasurer (Elk River): David is Vice President/General Counsel for Rivers International and Ripka Enterprises, and also has his own law practice (Monroy Law Office) specializing in business, banking, real estate and corporate law (non-profit and for profit).  He joined the TRCF Board in 2011 and serves as its Treasurer and Co-Chair of its Grant Committee.  David is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern College, and serves on the Government Relations Committee for the Elk River Chamber of Commerce.
 Jeff Gongoll Jeff Gongoll: Secretary (Elk River): Jeff is a Development Officer for the Fairview Foundation, which supports Fairview Northland (Princeton) and Fairview Lakes (Wyoming) Medical Centers through philanthropic, fundraising and community activities.  He joined the Three Rivers Community Foundation in 2011 and serves as Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Jeff’s experience includes Grant Development and Charitable Giving Coordinator for ISD 728, Community Development Director for the City of Elk River and President of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.
 Casey Mahon
Casey Mahon: Chair, Communications and Marketing (Elk River): Casey is the Manager of Communications for ISD 728. He joined the Three Rivers Community Foundation Board in 2010 and serves on the Communications and Marketing Committee. Casey, a retired U.S. Air Force officer, previously served on the Board of Directors of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Schools Public Relations Association.  Prior to moving to Minnesota in 2008, Casey served on more than 20 community committees during his military assignments and “retirement” years in Texas, New York, Iowa and Colorado.
Bruce Tyler Bruce Tyler: Past-Chair (Elk River): Bruce is an independent Consultant, Owner and President of Home Run Human Resources. He is past-president of North Star SHRM, an At-Large Director on the Minnesota State SHRM Council, a member of the Elk River Chamber of Commerce and the past President of the Elk River Rotary Club. He previously served as President, Elk River Area United Way. Bruce completed his second term in 2012.

Board of Directors

Roger Lamp (Rogers):  Roger is the Store Manager of the Kohls’ in Rogers.  He joined the TRCF Board in 2012.  He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee and also serving on the Golf Committee.  Roger is a past member of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce.
Heidi Habben: (Elk River):  Heidi is the owner of CRASH+SUES, an animation + graphics house in downtown Minneapolis.  She joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2013. Heidi also serves on the Five Stone Media board whose mission is to produce provocative, culturally relevant media.  In the past, she has served on the AICP Minnesota board.  
George Sanford (Zimmerman):  George, who started with the Board in 2012, is a retired home builder (Ziegler Construction) and land developer.   He has served on the Elk River Golf Course Board of Directors, is the Past President of the Northwest Suburban Builders Association and also Past President, Princeton Jaycees.  George is a Vietnam Veteran and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.  He currently serves on the Golf Committee.  George is married and has resided in rural Zimmerman since 1990.
  Jessica Stockamp (Otsego): Jessica joined the Board in 2012, but has been active with the Three Rivers Community Foundation since 2008 as a selection committee member for the Otsego Hall of Fame nominees.  She serves as the Co-Chair for the Gala Committee and is a member of the Marketing and Communications Committee. Jessica has been the Mayor of Otsego since 2007 and has served on the City Council since 2004.  She is currently the City Council liaison to the Parks and Recreation Commission, Police Commission and Heritage Preservation Commission as well as a member of the City Council’s Administrative Subcommittee.  Prior to being elected to the City Council, Jessica was appointed in 2001 as member of the City’s Parks and Recreation Commission.   Jessica is also is active in her church, the Otsego and Rogers Middle school Parent Teacher Associations, and is the Secretary of the Three Rivers Soccer Association Board of Directors.  Jessica has owned and operated a home daycare business in Otsego since 2001. 
Brad Richardson Brad Richardson (Rogers): Brad is president and co-owner of Christian Builders and a long-time member of the Three Rivers Community Foundation. He co-chairs the Golf Committee and is a member of the Grant and Gala committees. Brad is on the National Board of Directors for The Energy and Environmental Builders Alliance.
Robin Christian Robin Christian (Otsego): Robin is an Administrative Assistant for Christian Builders and Remodelers. She is a previous Three Rivers Community Foundation Board Member and has been involved in planning and/or fundraising for Golf Day fundraiser from the beginning of the foundation. She is on the Marketing and Communications Committee. Robin has owned her own local business, importing and marketing European antiques and has been a member of and volunteered for the Rogers and Elk River Area chambers of commerce.
  Sandra Yeado (Elk River): Sandi, who joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2011, is Chair of the Planned Giving Committee.  She works as a Financial Advisor for Edwin Jones in Elk River. Sandi graduated from high school in Coon Rapids MN and went to college at North Hennepin  Community College in Brooklyn Park.  Sandi sat on the Board of Executive Women International as the Chair of the Philanthropic Committee and is involved in Two Rivers Networking Group.  Sandi is married to Scott, resides in Nowthen and they have two children.
Chad Christian (Otsego): joined the Board of Directors in 2013.  He is an active participant in community events.  After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Business Administration degree, he returned to his hometown to work in his family’s construction company.  He was previously an active non-board volunteer on the TRCF Golf committee, and in 2012 he was one of the “driving” forces for the first “Concert on the Course” (Elk River Golf Club) event, both key fundraisers.  Chad is also the Charter President of the Otsego Lions Club.
Joan Ruprecht (Rogers): Joan, who joined the TRCF Board in 2013, is a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW in Elk River.  She is also a member of the St. Paul, Minnesota and National Association of Realtors.  As an artist member, Joan serves on the gallery committee for the Elk River Area Arts Alliance.  She is a member of the Elk River Chamber of Commerce and active in her church.  Joan mentors a small group of young adults and started a volunteer after school art ministry for middle and high school students. She previously served with the Elk River area Young Life, and was active in with the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, Elk River Builders Association.  Joan lives in Rogers with her husband and two children.
Leon Beaudry (Elk River): joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2013.  He is the President of Beaudry Oil and Propane Company.  Leon, who has lived in Elk River since 1973, is active in his church, including volunteering for the River Center’s Harvest Outreach food ministry and participating in the Christian Network Team of business associates. A Vietnam Marine veteran, Leon has been married to his wife Rhea for more than 43 years; they have three children and six grandchildren.
Amanda Larson (Elk River): Amanda, who joined the Board in 2013, has lived an been active in the Elk River community since 2004. Amanda spent thirteen years working for the YMCA, opening up the Elk River facility in 2008. Amanda currently serves as Development and Community Relations Coordinator at William Mitchell College of Law and is entering into her last semester of graduate school at Metropolitan State University. She will graduate Spring 2013 with her Masters of Public and Nonprofit Administration. Amanda is active in the Elk River community, volunteers with the YMCA Youth in Government program and is the incoming President of the Elk River Rotary.
Jerry Jaker (Elk River): Jerry joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2013.  He retired in 2012 after 31 years as Executive Director of the non-profit Minnesota Institute of Public Health, which provides health education and health promotion work.  His background and training are in educational leadership.  Herry has served on a number of boards and commissions in his community, state and nationwide.  He and his wife Terri, who have lived in Elk River since 2005, have five children and four grandchildren.   
Ruth Aker (Zimmerman): Ruth joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2013.  She is the co-owner of several businesses with her husband Brian.  Ruth attended Mankato State University and began working as a dental hygienist. NEMI, which opened in 1993, manufactures custom vacuum work holding, digitizers and tool setters for the industrial market.  Power Soccer Shop was opened in 2010, providing sport chairs, soccer guards and equipment for disabled athletes to play soccer on a gym floor.  The two established the Midwest Power Soccer Association, a non-profit foundation to grow the sport of power soccer and assist disabled athletes with a pathway from their chosen education to the work force and offering internships.  She and her husband have lived in Zimmerman since 1990.
  Gloria Jenson (Zimmerman): Gloria joined the TRCF Board of Directors in 2013.  She is a contract consultant and has been employed by HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN for more than 17 years.  Gloria attended Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.  She has managed multiple drug stores overseeing daily operations, attending chamber meetings, etc.  She has also  worked as a medical claims  analyst for many years along with managing claims business office.  She and her husband, Curt, spend most of their free time following their two boys around as they participated in many activities through their school years and currently in their college years.
